We can re-function an electronic ballast from damage energy save lamp to turn on a tube lamp. That electronic ballast (as seen at Figure 1) is available by pulling up carefully a glass component from the lamp. Then connect out four wire to four pin of the tube lamp.

Figure 2 shows how the modified tube lamp is wired (using recycling electronic ballast) and shows it work.
